We need a 3rd option.
If we allow partially-stolen, subsidized, cheap Chinese AI to grab the American user base, we will be repeating the mistakes made 25 years ago with our manufacturing base that will take 10 more years to fix. Chinese theft, subsidies and dumping are a state playbook for economic warfare we should no longer accommodate.
