🚨 IRAN’S SOUTHERN FRONT IS CRACKING
Something bigger than another isolated firefight may be developing in southeastern Iran.
Repeated clashes have hit Sistan-Baluchestan. Now senior IRGC operational commander Brig. Gen. Hossein Zarifi has been killed in Saravan, alongside reports of another senior intelligence officer killed and multiple security personnel wounded.
This matters.
Tehran is already managing pressure elsewhere. Every additional IRGC unit diverted into internal security reduces manpower, intelligence assets and command attention available for other missions.
The danger for Tehran is not one armed group taking territory.
It is simultaneous instability forcing the regime to defend multiple internal fronts at once.
Decode Conflict Assessment: Watch Sistan-Baluchestan closely. If attacks become sustained rather than episodic, Iran’s southeast could become a serious internal-security drain on the regime.
