昨天在外面看到好多人在吐槽 Buidlpad 还不知道咋回事。今天回来这一看是有点惊到我了。
Buidlpad 上线了 Anthropic 的 Pre-IPO：
1⃣市值
$950B FDV 认购，先不说这玩意不是股票份额，这个市值我是觉得真的贵。上一轮融资的估值是 $380B，这一下子就涨这么多。当然真正IPO的时候情绪到位了有没有溢价，后续对 AI 有没有价格重估，这些都是后话。
算一下账就知道了：
我们知道，估值弹性需要非常高的收入兑现。 如果用 $950B 作为进入价，想要在 IPO/退出时有 2x 回报，Anthropic 需要被市场定价到接近 $1.9T；想要 3x，则需要接近 $2.85T。
这不是不可能，但这已经要求 Anthropic 不只是成为头部 AI 公司，而是要被公开市场按接近全球最顶级科技公司的体量定价。
英伟达现在5.38亿美金市值，谷歌4.81万亿市值，苹果4.37万亿美金市值，能上天的 SpaceX 现在也才多少？ Anthropic 是要怎样？To the sun 吗？
2⃣费用
认购费为 20%，认购时预先扣除。这已经不是管理费了，这在高利贷里面叫砍头息，离谱。
就算按照传统基金产品设计，收个2%管理费不得了了，之所以收20%，可能是觉得300万募资的2%不够看吧。
3⃣20% Carry
业绩费为净收益的 20%，业绩费在 IPO 后 6 个月结算时扣除，持仓盈利的情况下适用。
比例没啥问题，传统基金产品一般都还有很多条件才能拿这部分 Carry，比如收益比例达到多少，LP投资人优先回本，LP拿到保底收益，然后再分 Carry 给GP管理人,不能像你这样直接分啊。
4⃣权益和锁仓
这是对 Anthropic 股票表现的模拟性投资，而非直接持有股份。期间权益由 Buidlpad 管理，IPO 后资产将被锁定至 Anthropic IPO 后 6 个月，不可提前提取。
最好的结果是 IPO 之后美股持续大涨，AI 赛道市场也愿意买单，真的涨的特别多，6个月之后还在继续猛涨，相当于你被动持仓了，皆大欢喜。除此之外，全都是风险。
说实话，也不是绝对没得赚，但是赚的有点心惊胆战，不如不赚。

⚫ What you're getting:
Synthetic, mirrored exposure to Anthropic's equity performance, not direct share ownership. Your interest is managed by Buidlpad and settled in cash after the post-IPO lockup period.
⚫ If the target isn't met:
If the $3M target is not met by May 20, all committed assets are returned in full, including the Subscription Fee. No fees charged.
⚫ Post-IPO lockup:
Once your allocation is confirmed, your assets are locked until 6 months after Anthropic's IPO. No early withdrawal.
⚫ When fees are charged:
Subscription Fee is 20%, and Performance Fee is 20% on net exposure gains. Subscription Fee is deducted upfront at the time of commitment. The Performance Fee is deducted at settlement, 6 months post-IPO, and applies only if your position is profitable.
⚫ At settlement:
6 months post-IPO, Buidlpad calculates your final payout based on Anthropic's stock price at that time. The Performance Fee is deducted from your gains, and the net amount is settled in stablecoins.
