Rhode Island Advisory Committee on Civil Rights appointed by @USCCRgov has a "defame and degrade policy" where you raise a "point of order on personal affront" when you're offended by a co-board member.
A trans activist used it to stop @RamonaBessinger from calling him "him," which is a violation of a civil right.
