A milestone achieved. A future of purpose begins. The PKU 2026 Graduate Commencement and Degree Conferral Ceremony celebrated the achievements of a new generation of scholars ready to make an impact beyond campus. The ceremony was attended by He Guangcai, Chair of the PKU Council, Gao Song, President of Peking University, and hosted by Zhang Jin, Executive Vice President of PKU, with Jiang Guohua, Vice Chair of the PKU Council, announcing the degree conferral decision. Student speakers reflected on learning through research and community engagement, faculty called for independent thinking in the age of AI, alumni shared lessons from innovation and entrepreneurship, and PKU President Gao Song encouraged graduates to align personal aspirations with the needs of society.
