As the 9th India International Water Week begins today, I have shared my thoughts in Hindustan Times on the need for collective action towards climate-resilient water management. Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, India has placed Jan Bhagidari at the heart of its efforts towards water security. Climate change is making our water cycle increasingly uncertain. Our response must therefore be collective, scientific, inclusive and sustained. India International Water Week brings together governments, experts, industry, communities, innovators and international partners to exchange knowledge, share solutions and build partnerships for a water-secure future. Together, we must work towards securing every drop for our people and for generations to come.
