The speech was at the Lyon Air Museum, founded by famed WWII and Korean War veteran Bill Lyon. Hitler's personal car was seized French Army after the U.S. Third Infantry Division liberated Berchtesgaden, and Bill used his connections to get it shipped to the United States for display alongside the American machines that toppled Hitler's empire. To mention none of this and simply frame it as "Palmer hosted someone in front of Hitler's car" is the type of unethical journalism that would get you fired at any credible outlet. Setting all that aside, Oz wasn't even speaking in front of the car. It was ~100 feet off to the side next to a stairwell!
