Sony is reportedly preparing a major PS5 system update, version 14.0, with a public release expected by the end of September.
The update is currently being tested mostly focusing on optimization and stability.
One of the biggest changes could be PSSR 2.0 being enabled automatically by default.
The update is also expected to change how the PS5 handles wireless connectivity, If Bluetooth is completely disabled, the console would no longer be able to enter Rest Mode, and HDMI Link would also stop working.
They also will probably patch any recent jailbreak
