We're excited to announce that Cal Lankton has been named Chief Operating Officer at Redwood Materials. Demand for power, from AI infrastructure to industry to the grid, is outpacing what conventional energy systems can deliver. Redwood is built for that gap: we've already stood up the largest second-life battery project in the world and the largest microgrid in North America, a 12 MW / 63 MWh system built in four months and running at 99.2 percent uptime. We're now deploying projects more than ten times that size. Cal has been part of Redwood since our earliest days, building our commercial and business teams from the ground up and turning ambitious plans into results on the ground, on time, at scale. In his new role, he'll drive the build-out of our energy offering at the pace our customers need, bringing the same rigor and discipline that built Redwood's foundational recycling and refining business.
