What happens when you compare #ShockwaveIVL# head-to-head with atherectomy in the real world? The results speak for themselves. With 1,005 patients, the ROLLING-STONE Registry is the largest prospective, multicenter study to include a head-to-head comparison of #ShockwaveIVL# and atherectomy in a real-world, all-comers population. The study confirmed strong procedural success and intraprocedural safety with Shockwave IVL. It also demonstrated a favorable 30-day MACE rate and a significantly lower 1-year MACE after propensity score matching compared with atherectomy. Read the full summary:  US Rx only. For International Physicians: Refractory angina is often not the end of the road. It’s about understanding the underlying mechanisms and identifying patients who do have new therapeutic options. Despite optimal therapy, many patients continue to experience debilitating symptoms. Innovative approaches like the #ShockwaveReducer# are helping redefine what’s possible. This was a key theme in the discussion between Dr Tim van de Hoef (@drTPH) and Dr Tommaso Gori (@tommasoggori) at EuroPCR 2026, highlighting the importance of better patient identification and how a shift in perspective can open new possibilities, including the #ShockwaveReducer#. Watch the video to explore how the understanding of refractory angina is evolving and why it may not be as “refractory” as we think: Safety info link in Bio. CAUTION: Investigational Device.
