The patient presented 4 weeks of new discoloration of left toes and intermittent toe pain. Ankle PT 0.70 and DP 0.59. His SFA was completely occluded. Dr. Lee selected #ShockwaveE8# to restore in-line flow to relieve toe pain and heal discoloration.
