Meet Olivier Rioux, the tallest basketball player in the world. 🇨🇦🏀
At 8 years old, he was already 6'1".
By sixth grade, he was nearly 6'11".
Today, at 7'9", he's the tallest player in college basketball history, and among the tallest basketball players ever.
He's taller than Yao Ming, Manute Bol, and Gheorghe Mureșan.
But height alone doesn't make you a basketball player.
From Quebec to Real Madrid, IMG Academy, Florida, and now UC Irvine, Rioux has spent years learning how to turn an extraordinary body into an extraordinary athlete.
