If Riot's going to keep making me beat players 600 RR higher than me and I'm 4x'ing their kills,
I should be allowed to swap ranks with them AND take a random skin from their account.

If you have a full time job and can double the kills of players 300-400 RR higher than you, you should legally be allowed to swap ranks with them.
(I spend all my time working now but at least they gave me +27 for this)
