This is not a drill. *10x stronger* than fentanyl.
I am just sharing it widely because I find this kind of thing very concerning and it's getting almost no attention.
A new synthetic opioid, cychlorphine, up to 10x stronger than fentanyl, has reached SF— and it doesn't register on fentanyl test strips. It has already taken the life of a 16 year old San Franciscan.
