Today, @BlockchainAssn and @Crypto_Council moved for preliminary injunction to block Illinois's Digital Asset Tax Act before it takes effect January 1.
Digital asset businesses are forced to spend millions building systems to try to comply with an unlawful and unclear tax, all under the threat of felony criminal penalties. We are asking the Court to stop this unlawful and unprecedented tax before it's too late.
