This will be the BIGGEST IPO in history aiming to raise ~$75 billion at a $1.75T+ valuation. The S-1 was already filed in April with a public prospectus dropping any day now and a roadshow that will most likely kicks off in early June. This will also be a huge win for retail investors with up to 30% of shares allocated to individual investors. I believe Elon when he told us, “We will probably IPO Starlink, but only several years in the future when revenue growth is smooth & predictable. Public market does not like erratic cash flow haha.
