Tech companies will tell you there aren’t enough qualified Americans to fill their specialized jobs. Yet when they’re required to test the labor market for an H-1B worker’s green card, they suddenly become remarkably creative about making sure Americans never apply.
OpenAI advertised tech jobs on a radio station and, should an American actually hear the ad, required resumes by snail mail.
