One of my eldest brother’s assistants once did a YAHOO-YAHOO deal. But what pained us most wasn’t even the money at first. It was the fact that he connived with the security man. And this security man was probably the most loved person there. Everybody trusted him. My brother’s company installs solar panels and batteries for large companies, so whenever a big shipment came in, this assistant had found a way to quietly cut out his own share. During counting, everything would look complete. Then, somehow, at the end of the day, the money wouldn’t balance. This went on until my brother started noticing the pattern. They eventually caught him. But do you know how Musa confessed? Three bottles of beer. Just three. By the third bottle, Musa was apparently telling the whole story. Including who was involved. And how they had been doing it. The same man everybody trusted.
