If that guy is alive and 100% survives(I pray he does), every single nurse and doctor on duty when he was pronounced dead and taken to mortuary must face a panel.
UPDATE;
They brought him back to the hospital from the mortuary after they discovered his hands shaking.
He is currently on Oxygen.
