150 registrations in just 12 hours, and the craziest part? 100+ people actually showed up. No swag, no free food, no fancy incentives. They showed up for one reason: Ethereum. Hosting the Road to Devcon — IEM Edition was an experience I genuinely didn’t expect to turn out this big. Seeing a room full of students curious about Ethereum, Web3, development and the opportunities around this ecosystem made all the work behind the scenes worth it.
