good tip for founders:
we have 2 bank accounts
one has enough cash to operate and take big bets
the other has 70% of the rest of the funding, and we basically pretend it does not exist
lets us move with urgency without being scared to swing when something actually matters!

a tight deadline makes you decide
imagine brining your fully charged laptop to a coffee shop and forgetting your charger
youd be the most efficient worker alive
