never made the call, got the full transcript. @muse talked to customer service and the rep on the other end couldn't tell it was an agent.
I dread any time I have to talk with any customer service.
So I tried this with @Muse today.
It returned an entire transcript of the call log.
I wonder if the person on the other side knew it was an agent…didn’t seem like it.
Mind blown.
