it should be a rev share product.
given what google recently said about a 2 year payback (1 yr TPU payback!), the simplest way to structure a new financing product that defrays upfront financing costs is to cut in the lender to revenue.
in honor of the dearly departed SOMA sandwich shop, we should call it the HRD, hardware revenue derivative. make it standard, just like the SAFE.
