Microsoft's new Surface Laptop Ultra might be one of the most interesting Windows PCs this year.

-ARM CPU + Blackwell RTX GPU on a single chip
-Up to 128GB of unified memory
-CUDA support for AI and creative workloads
-Windows on ARM gaming is about to get a serious test
I saw RTX Spark first hand at Computex 2026, and the local AI aspects performed beautifully with Hermes, OpenClaw, and creative apps like Photoshop and Premiere (in a controller environment).
Gaming performed well with both ARM and x86 based Steam games (Alan Wake 2 and Pragmata, respectively).
