As SEAL 911's Chief Pedant, I'd like to say I think PCA is understating the economic impact of SEAL initiatives.
He only provides the $ amount rescued.
The actual economic impact is easily over $1B when taking into account the amount of theft prevented.
Of course, it's impossible to quantify things that didn't happen.

Update on KelpDAO/Arbitrum SDNY case:
Judge ruled that Arbitrum DAO can transfer the rescued ~$71M to multisig that Aave and others are on, taking Arbitrum out of the line of fire and keeping Defi United remediation on schedule.
