🚨 STOP CALLING EVERY TOKEN WITH A STOCK TICKER ON
@arc A “STOCK”.
Are $LONG, $OTTO and the current stock platforms on Arc the OFFICIAL Arc stocks?
No.
And this distinction could save a lot of people a lot of money.
Everyone wants to front-run the “stocks on Arc” narrative before mainnet.
I get it.
Tokenized stocks are going to be huge.
But FOMO is making people forget one very important question:
WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU BUYING?
Arc itself lists Dinari under its Tokenized Assets ecosystem.
Dinari's model is simple: tokenized securities backed 1:1 by the corresponding underlying securities.
Now compare that with what already exists.
literally states in its own disclaimer that it is independent, is NOT affiliated with Arc or Circle, and that the tokens bridged to Arc are claims on assets held in custody.
They are NOT shares.
They carry NO shareholder rights.
Read that again.
“They are not shares.”
So before you buy something simply because it has NVDA, TSLA or another stock ticker attached to it, ask:
Who issued it?
What backs it?
Who holds the underlying asset?
Can it be redeemed?
What legal rights does the token give you?
Is it Dinari-backed or connected to another regulated securities infrastructure?
And please don't tell me:
“Rabbit, they'll migrate to the real stocks later.”
Cool.
A migration tomorrow does not magically make what you're holding TODAY a regulated, 1:1-backed stock.
It also does not prove anything about the current liquidity structure. Check the contracts and custody yourself.
The opportunity, in my opinion, is NOT racing to buy every platform that writes “stocks” on its website.
The opportunity is figuring out which Arc launchpad is FIRST to integrate the infrastructure that will actually issue the real tokenized securities.
THAT is what I'm watching.
There will be hundreds of opportunities on
@arc.
You do not need to risk your money just because you're scared of missing the first one.
FOMO is expensive.
Verification is free.
Be patient. 🐇
