It makes OIDC token refresh proactive, lets PostToolUse hooks send feedback back to the model after tools run, adds per-turn token and cost tracking via grok usage, and cuts Windows downloads by about 70%, with a large set of fixes that tighten sandboxing, subagent handling, hooks, and startup.
