千葉の豪雨対応、小西ひろゆき議員の指摘が重いです。関係省庁の災害対策会議が13日の豪雨中に一度しか開かれず、その後政務三役も出てこなかった。18日の閣僚会議も遅かった。一方、高市首相は改憲して緊急事態条項を加えると言います。「大規模災害やテロに迅速に対応するため」と説明してきました。でも実際に災害が起きたのに、これだけ政治の動きが遅い。大規模災害だというのに政府の動きが遅く、やる気のなさが目立ちます。それなのに自民党を始めとする改憲勢力は「緊急事態条項」が必要だと言う。おかしくないですか？ #千葉豪雨災害# #緊急事態条項#
