These capabilities combine to form an extremely powerful pipeline for sparse 3D reconstruction.
This is a walkthrough of a Gaussian splat of 5 different rooms built from only 30 input images, a quick and easy cellphone camera capture.
Before, accurately reconstructing this entire multi room space would have required many hundreds of images.

I do not use AI for writing, only for typos. We're still a way off from LLMs writing properly like we do. All the best blog posts I read recently have this very distinctively human touch to them.

My @bot Chief of Staff just tried to be a tiny bit lazy but I pushed it in the right direction.
I just went through 72+ hours without X/Twitter. I got banned for suspicion of someone trying to hack my account (happened to a few of us from Cursor->SpaceXAI).
The addiction is real. I tried to open X a bunch of times, and my wife even offered to have me user her account (but the algorithm wouldn't be the same haha).
I didn't have a "grand realization" from my time off. However, I was able to realize how addicted I am and maybe I should be more cognizant of that in the future!
