I have sponsored a lot of directories, and it is often hard to justify the ROI, because you pay upfront and you don’t know how many visits you will get or how many of them will convert into paying customers.
My friend, @elie2222, invited ScreenshotOne to participate in a performance-based sponsorship:
1. I only pay for the sponsor placement if it generates enough sales to justify the sponsorship.
2. In return, each sponsor quote-posts the launch, so together we can attract a lot of attention.
