Hotels made for people who care about sleep, fitness and workout.
All beds are eight sleep mattress, AC goes to 18deg, air purifiers everywhere, black out curtains.
The restaurant serves longevity food. My steak is not burnt, my brocoli is not soaked in cancer sauce.
The gym has proper weights and ergs so i can also do my cardio. There are daily classes so it’s fun and I meet people.
There’s a quiet working space. It’s laptop friendly, which attracts people like me building stuff online, not tourists or fat business executives.
I can travel to any country and find my favorite hotel chain.

- 2 years in B2C = $0
- 2 weeks in B2B = $500/mo
If I started over, I'd start with B2B.
It's boring, but you know exactly what they need: money and time.
It solves the #1# issue founders make: Hallucination. Thinking that because an idea is cool, people will pay for it.
B2C is dating.
B2B is marriage.

Every time I start something new, whether it’s fitness, work, habits, I tell myself it will work out, even if the odds are stacked against me.
If a negative thought enters my head, it’s suppressed automatically.
I don’t always reach where I thought I’d end up, but I always end up in good places.
Investing is the only area where I’m pessimistic because the downside is huge.
Apart from that, there’s nothing to lose by believing you’ll win.
