Canes insist all goalies (including Freddy Andersen) are eligible, but seems like Miftakhov is third goalie tonight.

NHL media site shows goalie Amir Miftakhov has been added to the Hurricanes roster and, as @pwilliamsAHL noted, the transactions on the AHL website say he has been called up from Chicago.
Frederik Andersen skated on his own this morning, but did not participate in morning skate.
