We at Firefox have been on the open source train for 20 years. It is great to join with more than 20 organizations as Mozilla to support more open weight and open source AI.
We joined this important open letter today from companies across the spectrum urging continued support for Open Source and open weight models. As the letter says and our State of Open Source AI report shows, open weight AI can expand opportunity and strengthen competition.
