Hermes has been pretty amazing for internal use; Darkbloom and @yukonresearch use it for a lot of good stuff.

A Mac mini in my house runs a Hermes Agent that manages the six Macs I have on Darkbloom.
The agent set up its own observability layer and optimization tooling, and uses them to manage this fleet alongside my other local AI workflows.
The infrastructure is starting to operate itself.
