If you're new here... You don't have to trade every day. You don't have to trade every coin. You don't have to trade every news event. Overtrading has destroyed many bankrolls...particularly when you're trading no-edge or low-edge spots just because you think you're invincible. I implemented a new rule a couple years ago that I won't touch the buttons for at least 24 hours after a big trade win. I did this after giving back wayyyyy too much of my profits the day after hitting a lick for years. Realized I wasn't trading my edge anymore, but letting recency bias drive the train. Probably worth thinking about with Jackson Hole tomorrow and many people's recent success onchain (and in an easy to trade bull trend) - unless you have some sort of quantifiable edge about the Warsh speech, you probably aren't doing anything other than flipping a coin trying to trade majors around it.
