If they are mostly illegals, how are the colleges paying for them?! College tuition is 4x higher than in 2000, exceeding 100k. Illegals get the cheap in-state price. Citizens pay the increase & subsidize kids that dont show up for class. That’s why the DoJ sued 21 states.
