测试了一圈，目前发现Codex CLI 和 GUI其实是共享配置。也即：
如果把Codex CLI配置为第三方 API，那么就可以在GUI里使用第三方API而不需要使用 OpenAI的 Plan Usage。
而Codex GUI的Harness和Skill显然是目前市场上最强的之一，这样就有了市面最强无源Agent OS.
