THE DEBATE OF THE YEAR just happened on @binance Square and you weren’t there.
@MacroBombastic & @kaiski_asia went to war over one question:
would you let AI spend your money?
it turned into a full-on FIGHT. 90% hype vs a decade too late.
watch it, then tell me who do you vote for? 👇

@jennyukim_bnb from @binance invited me to debate agentic commerce on Binance Square yesterday!
Was really nice to change ideas about such a controversial topic!
Well, I argued True, so Agentic Commerce it's mostly hype until 2035!
The line I kept coming back to:
- explaining to an AI exactly what you want it to buy takes longer than just buying it yourself...
- OpenAI killed in-chat checkout in March.
- Visa clears 700M transactions a day and reported hundreds from agents.
So I really don't think we need that, and that people want that! We can stick to x402, a machine-to-machine economy that actually works and makes sense!
Was a good debate with @kaiski_asia!
