Participation is what creates real value.
Every successful IP, from games to stories, to characters, to worlds, became valuable because people chose to show up.
They were there before there was a franchise.
The IPs that win the next decade won’t be the ones with the biggest corporate plan but the ones with the deepest participation loop.
