Let this be a warning to ALL schools who refuse to comply with Title IX & a message to ALL parents that you can and must fight for your kids!
Starting in 1st grade, our clients' daughter was forced to choose between using the bathroom with a biological boy or be shamed by school administrators.
After years of watching their daughter suffer trauma from this, her parents had enough. @slf_liberty and @DFIPolicy filed a Title IX complaint on their behalf.
@usedgov found a Title IX violation and the school REFUSES to comply - allowing the boy to use the girls' bathroom. Now, ED is holding them accountable.
