Roberta Acheampong and Godfred Owusu-Sekyere, a couple formerly living in Ohio, have been charged with TWELVE felonies for stealing $9.3 MILLION in Medicaid funding through their mental health clinic.
The couple FLED to Africa and is now believed to be living in Kenya or Ghana.
