谁控制了孩子的祈祷对象，谁就控制了未来的道德来源。所以，禁止向青少年传教的政策意图清晰无比：把青少年降格为没有灵魂的螺丝钉，把家庭降格为政权的控制工具，强行将孩子私有化为“党国资产”。
