A Black woman with SIX FELONY CONVICTIONS who was a WANTED FUGITIVE just walked out of a Harris County courtroom on bond... ...THREE DAYS after the warrant went out for her arrest!!!!! Meet Veronica Kiana Jones. She is 31 years old. Her rap sheet goes all the way back to 2010. She has more than a DOZEN mugshots in Texas alone. She has been convicted of SIX FELONIES. And she has NEVER SERVED A SINGLE DAY IN PRISON. In 2022, Jones threatened to SET AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON FIRE. Klein ISD had to put that school ON LOCKDOWN. She also threatened to KIDNAP A 4-YEAR-OLD... and posted the whole rant on her Instagram. She was convicted of terroristic threat. Her sentence? SIX DAYS IN COUNTY JAIL. SIX. DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! It gets CRAZIER... On August 11, San Patricio County issued a warrant for her arrest. She was a FUGITIVE. She was ALSO out on bond in FLORIDA, ILLINOIS, and VIRGINIA. Three days later, on August 14, she stood in front of the 339th Criminal District Court on a charge of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON. The court set her bond at $50,000. AND SHE WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT THE DOOR. To be perfectly clear... a) wanted fugitive b) out on bond in 3 OTHER STATES c) with 6 FELONY convictions AND THEY LET HER GO. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!
