As a Lebanese—specifically from southern Lebanon—I tell you: You are not welcome on our land in the South. You are complicit in the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon. You are the biggest Zionist within the UN human rights—alongside some members of your team (while others, including certain Special Rapporteurs, fear voicing this despite wanting to and knowing the truth about you)—but as for me, I do not care. You stand with the Lebanese people, yet you refused to issue reports condemning the war crimes Israel is committing in Lebanon; you also refused to meet with me when I faced death threats and financial penalties—which led to the closure of my bank accounts—due to my statements and reports at the UN regarding the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon. The lobby succeeded in securing another four-year term for you, for you have been an obedient servant to them in Gaza, Lebanon, and now Iran. No high commissioner has ever served a second four-year term. It is a badge of dishonor that your first four years have been so timid that the lobby are welling to gave you back for another four. History will remember your hypocrisy.
