Our economic reforms are aimed at building a stronger, more productive and prosperous Nigeria, where businesses can invest, grow and create opportunities for our people. I welcome Airtel Nigeria’s Open Network initiative and its continued investment in expanding telecommunications infrastructure, including over 1,050 new network sites, 657 of them 5G sites. @AirtelNigeria This is the kind of investment we are working to attract. Better connectivity means more opportunities for businesses, greater access to education and more Nigerians participating in our growing digital economy. On our part, we are strengthening regulatory oversight, protecting consumers and expanding digital access, including free daily data for eligible students to access educational resources. We will continue to create the conditions for investment and growth. I expect operators to match these opportunities with better coverage, fewer disruptions and improved services, particularly in underserved communities. Our prosperity drive must reach every part of Nigeria. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR PRESIDENT

I know how much hard work it takes to keep a small business running in Nigeria. From raising capital to paying workers and buying equipment, our entrepreneurs face challenges that government must continue to address. Today, Vice President Kashim Shettima received, on my behalf, representatives of MSMEs from across the country, along with the Minister of State for Industry and the heads of SMEDAN, NEXIM, NEPC, and ITF. We have approved ₦200 billion in grants and financing support for small businesses and manufacturers. I want to see more of our entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow. I am also pleased that the Office of the Vice President, working through the Special Adviser on Job Creation and MSMEs, is expanding its engagement with business owners. The Vice President-led quarterly meetings must give entrepreneurs a real say in our decisions and ensure that commitments are followed through. I thank the MSME representatives for their visit and their confidence in our administration. We have more work to do, and I intend to see it done. BOLA AHMED TINUBU, GCFR PRESIDENT

I am grateful to Almighty Allah for the privilege of performing Umrah here in Saudi Arabia. This is a deeply spiritual moment for me, and an opportunity to offer prayers for our beloved country, Nigeria, and all our people. May Almighty Allah accept our prayers and supplications, grant our nation lasting peace, strengthen our unity, protect our people, and bless our collective efforts to build a more prosperous Nigeria. May He grant us wisdom and strength in the service of our nation and accept our Ibadah. Ameen.

I congratulate my friend, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil, on his re-election for a record fourth term. @LulaOficial Your renewed mandate offers an opportunity to strengthen the longstanding friendship and *historical ties between Nigeria and Brazil.* As two leading nations of the Global South, we can promote economic integration and advance our shared interests in a rapidly changing global order. I look forward to expanding cooperation in trade and investment, agriculture and food security, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, science and technology, education, aviation, and cultural exchange. I affirm Nigeria's continued commitment to working with Brazil to strengthen multilateral cooperation and advance shared priorities in Africa, South America, and across the Global South. On behalf of the people of Nigeria, I wish you a successful new term in office. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President, Federal Republic of Nigeria Abuja October 26, 2026

When I walked into the hall yesterday and saw the young men and women of the City Boy Movement @CityBoyMedia, Relax, Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria @RelaxTIFN, and other youth groups gathered from across our country, I saw something that reminded me why I sought the presidency of this great nation. I saw Nigeria. I saw its energy, its courage, its determination, and the future we are working to build together. Many of you have stood with me through difficult moments. You have defended your convictions, carried our message into communities, and continued to believe in the promise of a greater Nigeria. I listened to your stories with immense pride and gratitude. You reminded me once again that the greatest strength of our nation lies in its people, especially its young people. There are words I do not say often enough, and yesterday, I wanted you to hear them directly from me. Thank you. Thank you for believing. Thank you for standing with me. I remain committed to building a Nigeria worthy of your faith, your sacrifices, and your aspirations. Together, we will deliver the future you deserve.

I was delighted to welcome the leadership and members of the City Boy Movement, @CityBoyMedia, to the State House yesterday evening. Together with the Relax, Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria @RelaxTIFN team and other youth support groups from across the country and the diaspora, we shared a warm and personal evening. Since 2022, and for three years, you have defended this administration in the markets, on campuses, in motor parks and on social media, often when it was unpopular to do so. You understood why difficult decisions had become necessary and why Nigeria could not keep borrowing to postpone them. I have seen your commitment, and I will never forget it. What the Movement has built deserves recognition. Over 4.8million verifiable members, organised across our states and local governments, reaching into wards and polling units. A contact centre speaking with young Nigerians every day. Through City Boy Care, you are supporting members in their communities. I was particularly impressed by the launch of #AskCityBoy#, which uses super intelligence to help Nigerians understand what their government is doing through simple, everyday conversation. As the Speaker of the House, @Speaker_Abbas, observed, you have built a Movement prepared to answer Nigerians’ questions wherever they are. I am proud of you. I encourage every Nigerian, including our critics, to visit and ask the questions that matter to you. To Relax, Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria, your name carries a promise. I appreciate the conviction with which you have taken that message across our country. Your confidence in me carries a responsibility I take seriously. Our reforms must translate into better opportunities for Nigerians and greater security for our families. Through NELFUND, students can pursue their education with financial support. CREDICORP is expanding access to consumer credit, while 3MTT is helping Nigerians acquire skills for a changing economy. We will keep extending these opportunities. The coming election concerns the future we are building together. Get your PVC and encourage your neighbours to get theirs. Organise peacefully and lawfully. Take our record to Nigerians and make your case with conviction. To my son Seyi, who started this quietly and without asking for a title, you have only started. There is much more you can do for our people, and I expect you to keep going. To everyone who has given their time and resources to this Movement, I appreciate you. Your hope, my hope, has been renewed. Thank you. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President

We undertook our economic reforms to build a stronger foundation for investment and give more Nigerians the opportunity to earn a better living. I welcome the World Bank Group’s work to mobilise up to $5.79 billion in private financing for Nigeria. This partnership supports our efforts to help businesses expand and attract investment into agriculture and digital infrastructure. Nigeria has gone a step further to put together a pipeline of 65 bankable projects seeking $78.5 billion in investment. Our Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele @taiwoyedele, presented these opportunities alongside CBN Governor Olayemi Cardoso at the Nigeria Investors Forum, on the sidelines of the 2026 IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings in Bangkok. I invite Nigerian and international investors to examine these projects and engage directly with their sponsors through Projects Nigeria. Our administration will work with you to resolve obstacles and move viable investments into execution, creating jobs and expanding opportunities for our people. On behalf of the Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and on my own behalf, I extend warm and fraternal congratulations to His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi @narendramodi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, on a truly historic milestone. Today, 7 October 2026, marks 25 years since he first assumed office in 2001 as Head of Government and Chief Minister of Gujarat. His public service has continued without interruption. After more than twelve years serving the people of Gujarat, he has remained Prime Minister of the Republic of India since 2014. A quarter-century of unbroken leadership is a rare achievement in any democracy. In the world's most populous nation, it is a powerful testament to the enduring confidence the Indian people have placed in him. Across these 25 years, Prime Minister Modi has led with vision and an unwavering commitment to development. From the transformation of Gujarat to India's emergence as one of the world's largest and fastest-growing economies, his leadership in infrastructure, digital public goods, financial inclusion and innovation has lifted millions and inspired nations across the Global South. Nigeria deeply values the strategic partnership between our two great nations. I fondly recall the Prime Minister's historic State Visit to Abuja in November 2024, when Nigeria honoured him with the title of Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger. That visit gave fresh impetus to our cooperation in trade and investment, energy, defence and security, health, education, and technology. As fellow democracies and leading voices of the Global South, Nigeria and India share a common commitment to a fairer, more inclusive and more representative international order. I remain confident that, under his continued leadership, the bonds of friendship between our peoples will grow ever stronger. As Prime Minister Modi marks this remarkable anniversary, I wish him good health, continued strength and every success in the service of the people of India. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria Abuja, 7 October 2026
