One of the biggest issues with the Starlink Mini panda_prod2 and newer revisions (older revisions were fine!) is poor soldering of the GPS module shield. It appears to be a cold-joint issue. The shield can easily come loose under vibration - for example, when the terminal is mounted on a car.
Once detached, the shield can cause short circuits on the Mini PCB, potentially destroying the voltage regulators. There are many known cases of this issue.
