Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac do not offer Amish Loans, Sharia Loans, or Kosher Loans. Any programs are open to All Americans and will be marketed as such.
@pulte Doesn’t mean much if the Jewish, Muslim or Amish lenders say you’re not one of them and discriminates based on that.
No interest would be great but the originators are the bottleneck not Fanny and Freddy buying it from the lender.
