Compute is an incredible business partially because the atomic unit of operations, a GPU, is high quality collateral, and can be financed
Even unknown compute providers can finance GPUs off balance sheet with 70% debt at SOFR + 5-7%
This stands in contrast to data vendors which have little/no access to debt capital markets, and are currently all capital constrained
The coming unlock to data vendors is access to debt capital markets via asset backed financing of the atomic unit of data
Framework is uniquely set up to provide this
