Our legal team is finalising a formal letter to the bank today. The letter explains the flow of funds and requests the immediate release of the account. In addition, our legal advisers have recommended that we begin discussions with licensed liquidators so that, if necessary, we can commence an orderly wind-down process with professional guidance.
