SCOOP with @BrasfieldAshley: A man accused of impregnating his teen daughter, who later allegedly killed their baby, is an illegal alien.
A DHS spox told the Daily Caller that Sergio Galvez-Perez was arrested by ICE in Florida back in 2007 and was removed in 2008. He later illegally reentered the country in 2016.
ICE issued a detainer in 2023 after he was arrested for driving under the influence, but it was not honored, DHS spox confirmed. There is now a manhunt in California for Galvez-Perez and his daughter after their baby was found dead on the side of a road on Aug 1, 2026. @DailyCaller
