I got a @WHOOP 3 years ago when I was into boxing and my HRV was averaging 70.
I stopped working out and it dropped to a record low of 51 one of the months.
Started playing pickleball a few weeks ago and today I saw an HRV over 80 for the first time in 2 years 🤯
